Farmhouse, or perhaps wing of formerly larger house; subsequently 2 dwellings; now derelict.
Probably late C17, enlarged or altered in C19. Known locally as Duckpond Hall, the building caight fire in the 1980's and was subsequently demolished.
The former home of Ken Gee, the renowned international and Wigan RL player.
